Materials & Fabric Options
Ringspun combed cotton, standard cotton jersey, performance polyester, and cotton-poly blends are all available. We also offer organic cotton and recycled polyester options for brands building sustainability into their product line.
Customization & Printing Options
Screen printing, embroidery, DTF (direct-to-film) transfer, and full sublimation printing are all handled in-house at our Sialkot facility. Short sleeve, long sleeve and 3/4 sleeve cuts are available, with custom woven neck labels, hem tags and printed care labels included for retail-ready presentation.
Manufacturing Process
Each order begins with a sample for your approval on fit, fabric and print quality, followed by bulk cutting, printing or embroidery, and stitching with a final quality check on stitch density and print durability. Standard production runs 15-20 working days.
