Custom Karting Suit Manufacturer – CIK-Compatible Race Suits
GHS Wears manufactures custom karting suits for motorsport equipment brands, kart racing teams and distributers worldwide. Built in Sialkot, Pakistan, our karting suits are produced to CIK-FIA compatible construction standards, with full sublimation printing capability for unlimited logo, sponsor and team colour configurations.
Premium Quality Custom Karting Suits
Karting suits require a specific combination of flame resistance, abrasion resistance and flexibility that general sportswear factories can’t reliably deliver. Our suits are built in single-layer and multi-layer constructions — single layer for club-level karting where cost is the primary driver, and multi-layer cotton or Cordura-reinforced constructions for endurance and competitive-level racing where FIA homologation compatibility is required.
The suit pattern is cut with pre-curved knees, a slight forward lean in the torso and articulated elbows, following the natural seated driving position a kart forces rather than a generic standing-body pattern. This matters because an ill-fitting suit that bunches at the shoulder or pulls across the back becomes uncomfortable within laps, and discomfort directly affects lap times.
Why Choose GHS Wears
No major competitor in the Pakistan sportswear manufacturing market has built out a dedicated karting suit line. This is a niche product that requires specific pattern knowledge, flame-resistant fabric sourcing and CIK construction familiarity — all areas we have invested in specifically. For brands and distributors targeting the European and North American karting market, sourcing from a factory with genuine motorsport manufacturing experience is a meaningful differentiator against generic workwear-style suit alternatives.
Materials & Fabric Options
Single-layer CVC cotton blends for recreational and club-level suits; multi-layer Cordura and fire-retardant treated cotton constructions for competitive-level FIA-compatible suits. All fabric is tested for colourfast sublimation printing to ensure sponsor graphics remain vibrant through the full racing season.
Customization & Printing Options
Full sublimation printing across the entire suit — arms, legs, chest, back and collar — supports unlimited sponsor logo placement, gradient backgrounds, national flag panels and name embroidery on collar or chest. This is the most complex sublimation printing we produce and we treat it with corresponding precision.
Manufacturing Process
Each order begins with a detailed tech pack review and a sample suit built to your spec. Fit is assessed specifically against a seated driving posture rather than a standing position, since these suits perform differently when the wearer is seated in a kart. Bulk production follows sample approval with a final quality check on print alignment, seam strength and zipper function. Standard production runs 20-25 working days.
Low MOQ & Bulk Orders
We accept orders from 10 suits per design, which suits a racing team outfitting drivers as well as distributors ordering seasonal stock for club-level karting programmes.
Applications / Who Can Order
Motorsport equipment brands building a private label karting apparel line, kart racing teams needing custom sponsor-branded suits, karting circuits outfitting rental fleet drivers, and distributors supplying the European and North American club racing market.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are your karting suits CIK-FIA homologation compatible?
Our multi-layer Cordura and fire-retardant cotton constructions are built to CIK-FIA compatible standards; please share your federation’s specific homologation requirements when enquiring for a precise specification match.
Can you produce a team order where each suit has a different driver name?
Yes, individual driver names and numbers are printed via sublimation as part of the standard customisation process at no extra charge per name.
How do your suits hold up to abrasion in a kart slide?
Our multi-layer Cordura-reinforced suits are specifically designed for abrasion resistance in slide scenarios, outperforming single-layer cotton alternatives significantly in this area.
